The initiative responded to the company’s minimal digital presence and reliance on word of mouth promotion, which limited brand visibility and market reach. Activities included creating official business accounts on Instagram and TikTok under the handle “sahabatdirgham,” producing engaging visual content with CapCut and Canva, launching targeted advertisements via TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads, and registering the business location on Google Maps. Audience segmentation focused on demographics and interests relevant to home décor and furniture. The program achieved notable outcomes, including increased followers, content views, and customer orders from 5 in May to 8 in June indicating a positive correlation between optimized digital marketing and sales growth. The results highlight the potential of consistent content management, data driven advertising, and multi channel engagement to enhance SME competitiveness. Sustainability recommendations involve continuous performance monitoring, advanced analytics training, and diversification of content formats to ensure long term digital growth and adaptability in the competitive creative industry.
Mulyani Rody Muin, Erdawati Erdawati Copyright (c) 2025 Mulyani Rody Muin, Erdawati Erdawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/226 Fri, 01 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work in Southeast Asia: A Desktop Study of Opportunities, Challenges, and Workforce Readiness https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/224
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining the global labor landscape, presenting both opportunities for economic growth and risks of workforce displacement. Using a qualitative approach and a multi-case study design, the research was conducted at three leading private Islamic Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency: SMK Ibnu Aqil, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Cileungsi, and SMK Amaliah 2 Ciawi. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models assisted by Nvivo software, as well as a SWOT approach. The results show that partnership dynamics are formed through the interaction of supporting factors such as active leadership, Islamic values, and industrial partner networks, as well as obstacles such as curriculum gaps, limited productive teachers, and minimal industrial investment. All three schools implemented adaptive strategies, such as integrating religious values, digitizing learning, and strengthening international partnerships. The SWOT analysis shows that private Islamic Vocational High Schools have significant internal strengths to capitalize on opportunities, although they also face various external threats. This study concludes the importance of strengthening strategies based on local context and Islamic values to achieve sustainable vocational partnerships that are responsive to the demands of modern industry.
Muhammad Rendi Ramdhani, Iswan Iswan, Nazifah Husainah Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Rendi Ramdhani, Iswan Iswan, Nazifah Husainah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/231 Wed, 20 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT RUPA AESTETIKA TEKNOLOGI AKTUAL https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/229
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of human resource development and the work environment together on the performance of employees of PT Rupa Aestetika Teknologi Aktual. Using a qualitative multi- case approach, four partner foundations Al Ikhwan, YAPI, Al Hayyan, and Ar-Ridho—were examined to assess how Islamic values are embedded in institutional practice. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documents, and self-assessment tools. Findings show that while all partners adopt Islamic-based educational visions, only a small portion (9%) fully integrate academic, da’wah, and social functions. Innovative programs such as Saung Ilmu, Santri Scholarships, and One Family One Graduate demonstrate how students can engage in both spiritual development and community empowerment. However, integration efforts are often limited by disparities in organizational capacity, funding dependency, and the lack of standardized operational frameworks. The study recommends strengthened governance, staff development, and sustainable financing. This research contributes to the discourse on holistic Islamic education by offering a conceptual model for faith-based educational ecosystems and practical insights for managing Islamic school partnerships effectively.
Gunanto Gunanto, Herwina Bahar, Saiful Bahri Copyright (c) 2025 Gunanto Gunanto, Herwina Bahar, Saiful Bahri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/230 Sun, 17 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH COMPETENCE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE AT PT BANK BJT https://penajournal.com/index.php/PENANOMICS/article/view/228
Human Resources (HR) is one of the very important factors that cannot be separated from the continuity and success of an organization, be it a government institution, social institution, or company, because basically Human Resources include individuals who are employed and empowered in the organization, who have a role as strategic planners, operational implementers, as well as the main drivers in every organizational activity in order to realize the vision, mission, and short-term and long-term goals that have been set.
